• Get Recommended screening tests.
• Eat Healthy Foods.
• Be physically active, 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
• Don't Smoke.
• Relax and take care of yourself.

Seems pretty simple. But that one about being phyically active, I mean what DO you think I'm doing, I'm physically active for 30 minutes before the school bus even goes by.

So what about "Relax and Take Care of Yourself", Do you have any good suggesstions on making this happen?
